Prepare for your Photo Session!

● Please fill out the Photography Session Google form ahead to save time on picture day.

● Please schedule your hour session in advance!

○ There will be 4 families scheduled per hour, beginning at 9 a.m..

○ I will work with each family on a first come basis within their scheduled

hour. If more than one family arrives at the same time, I will prioritize families with smaller children first. I will finish with the families that are present within the scheduled session before moving onto the next hour session.

○ If you miss your session, I will do my best to get you into the next session but scheduled families will take priority.

○ Should you wish to come without scheduling a session, I will do my best to fit you in but scheduled families will take priority.

The day of your Photo Session:

● When you arrive, please sign in!

○ There will also be a form available if you were unable to fill out the google form ahead of time.

● Each family session will be about 15 minutes, depending on the number of children.

○ I will work with each family individually, based on their specific needs at the time.

○ I am happy to take a couple of photos with all of the children in the family, if desired, however, I won’t have time for photos with parents. My focus is to get individual school pictures of each child.

● Please arrive picture ready :) I want to be fair to everyone by staying on schedule as much as possible.

● Should you wish to have a special item in your photo, an instrument, something that represents a favorite activity like a soccer ball or ballet shoes, please bring it!

Post Photo Session!

● I will send each family a google drive link via email within 2 weeks of your families session.

○ If you don’t receive it or there are any issues, please contact me.

● I will not use your photos for any purpose, unless given specific permission to do so.

Tips on how to get the most out of your photo session!

● Arrive fresh and ready to go!

● Coordinating outfits! Neutral tones are easy in a pinch!

● Snacks! Hangry doesn’t look good in photographs!

● Have something to keep siblings occupied when not being photographed

● Stay calm and have fun! The best pictures are the ones that capture real joy on your face!

These are precious and fleeting days with our beautiful children. What truly matters are the memories we make with them. More often than not, the “perfect” picture isn’t posed but is the one that caught the real moment that brings us back to that sweet time in an instant.
